主要研究领域及学术业绩:
长期从事光感受细胞的光信号转导和神经环路以及干细胞相关的感光细胞再生等研究;在神经推行疾病如AD研究方面,拟建立视网膜作为阿尔兹海默症检测新模型;试图通过现有的眼科检测技术检验是否可以在视网膜上快速而准确地检测到AD相关病理,包括β-淀粉样蛋白的沉积以及血管异常等,为临床上AD的诊断和治疗提供新的手段。目前共发表SCI论文25篇,多篇第一或通讯作者论文发表在Nature、Nature Neuroscience、Circulation、Circulation Research、Stem cells等学术期刊,引用次数达1000余次。
